Nothing here offers or sells a security, and nothing here is a recommendation to invest. Pages describe how raises tend to work and how data room vendors present their products. Your counsel, auditors and tax advisers decide what applies to your raise.

Prices, features and rules move

Vendor prices and plans change without notice to us, and so do offering limits and filing rules. Every figure on the site is a snapshot with a date or a year next to it. Confirm a number at its source (the vendor, the SEC or the regulation) before a decision depends on it.

Calculator results

The calculators run simplified formulas that each page spells out. Treat the output as a first pass for planning, never as the model in your PPM, your LP report or a lender package.

Outside websites

Vendor homepages, regulators and other sources are linked so you can check us. What happens on those sites is governed by their owners.

Reusing our material

Quoting a sentence or two with a link back is welcome. Copying full pages, the rankings or the data tables needs our written permission; ask through the contact page.

Limits on our liability
