Questions and answers
How are these reviews written?
From vendor documentation, pricing pages, listed security attestations and our research file on each product, scored with the formulas on the scoring approach page. We do not claim tests we did not run.
Which rooms are built for fundraising rather than M&A?
Most deal rooms serve both. What changes in a raise is the number of outside readers, the need to track them and the cost over a long raise. Use the use-case rankings to see each room for your raise.
Are Box and DocSend data rooms?
Box is a content cloud and DocSend a document sharing tool. Both are on the list because issuers often use them for a raise; neither lists a Q&A module.
